Why Run?

Making Our Vision A Reality

CONTINUE WHAT WE STARTED IN THE JUNE 2018 ELECTION
PASSION FOR THE COMMUNITY FOR A VIBRANT TOMORROW

Serve the community I call Home
  • I have vision for long-range development of the community such as “Technology & Business Innovation Hub” and “International Youth Summer Olympic Games” and progress is already being made within the first year serving as a Councilman
    • Introduced USA Water Polo to TUSD, now training at the TUSD Aquatics Center preparing for Tokyo 2020 (subsequently canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
    • Initiated the meeting with LA Galaxy which resulted in them signing a new 7-Year lease of the former Toyota Sports Complex, now called the LA Galaxy Sports Complex.
  • I have demonstrated strong, fresh leadership serving our communities now and into the future for "A Vibrant Tomorrow"
  • I care for our community and want to give back to the community that gave us the opportunity to pursue the "American Dream"
I was elected on June 5, 2018 serving the City of Torrance At-Large.  At the March 3, 2020 Election, I was elected as Torrance City Councilman District 2 on March 3, 2020.

Running an election so soon after the March 2020 election was not an easy decision to make.  However, there are exciting progress we've already accomplished, we need to realize our vision by giving us the opportunity to lead our city into the 21st Century. There are disciplined and strategic decisions to bring the city back in fiscal stability.  I have demonstrated experience both professionally and personally.  With your support, we will continue our path for "A Vibrant Tomorrow" for Torrance.
